4.1 Deposits. ant88 accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated in current promotions. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within the processing timeframe of the relevant payment provider.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests by verified Users are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform, typically 5–15 minutes for Touch 'n Go eWallet withdrawals. ant88 reserves the right to apply additional processing time for large withdrawals or where enhanced due diligence procedures are required.
4.3 Currency. All transactions on the ant88 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). ant88 is not responsible for currency conversion charges applied by Users' payment providers.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Users must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements associated with any claimed bonuses before withdrawing funds. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. The withdrawal method must generally correspond to the deposit method used, subject to ant88's discretion.
4.5 Refused Transactions. ant88 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering activities, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

10.2 ant88's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their ant88 Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 ant88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ant88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from technical interruptions, system failures, or maintenance periods.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit ant88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11.1 ant88's collection, use, and processing of personal data is governed by the ant88 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
11.2 By registering an Account, you consent to ant88 collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, and the provision of Services.
12.1 ant88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via a notification posted on the Platform or sent to the registered email address associated with their Account.
12.2 Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your Account balance in accordance with the prevailing withdrawal procedures.
